Harus lebih pintar dari sang pramuniaga

Lagi semangat-semangatnya bikin kue nih..

Pengennya pergi ke TBK mulu atau ke supermarket di bagian yang menjual bahan-bahan kue. Walaupun Cuma liat-liat doank (hehehe). Iseng-iseng pengen nyari bahan tambahan kue seperti ovalette, SP, TBM, dan VX, semua itu udah masuk di keranjang belanjaan saya. Tinggal nyari emulsifier untuk bahan kue yang pengen aku buat, udah ngejogrok selama setengah jam sambil ngarahin mata bolak-balik ke rak-rak yang penuh bahan-bahan kue tapi kok gag ketemu juga iiah. Padahal itu salah satu supermarket besar yang stocknya lumayan lengkap. Akhirnya, dengan berat hati dan agak malu-malu (hoho) nanyalah ke salah satu pramuniaga. “Mba, disini gag jual emulsifier iiah? Saya cari dari tadi gag ada.” Dan si mba-nya ikutan sibuk nyari-nyari. Beberapa menit kemudian dia malah nanya balik, “emulsifier itu yang kayak begimana iiah?” Jahelaahh… (bilang dari tadi kek mba kalo gag taw) -> padahal saya juga gag tau (hahaha! Sedikit sok tau boleh kaan). Terus, si mba pramuniaga itu bilang, “oh, tanya ajah ke bagian bakery, mungkin dia lebih taw”. Dan akhirnya sayapun pergi k bagian bakery. Disana ada mas-mas yang lagi beres-beres, langsung ajah saya tanyain disini jual emulsifier atau gag? Tanpa piker panjang si mas-nya langsung nganterin saya ke tempat yang ada bahan tersebut. Dan jreng-jreng,, saya kembali ke tempaat semula. Sambil baca-baca merk di deretan rak panjang bahan kue, si mas bilang “waduh, biasanya sih bahan kue ya disini ajah mba, tapi kok gag ada iiah?” dengan nyantainya saya hanya bisa menjawab, “yaa,, saya mana tau mas, kalo saya tau mah saya gag bakal nanya”. (kikkikkik) ^^ Akhirnya, saya meninggalkan supermarket itu tanpa membeli emulsifier. Karena penasaran, malemya coba-coba tanya sama mbah Google tentang dimana bisa saya temukan emulsifier. Eeng ing eeeng… hasilnya mengejutkan banget dan bikin saya tertawa sendiri bacanya. Begini penggalan artikel yang saya dapatkan melalui mbah Google :

Emulsifier adalah pengemulsi adonan. Adonan yang ditambah emulsifier akan lebih stabil, mudah mengembang, tercampur dengan sangat rata, tidak terlalu cair dan tidak terlalu padat, tidak mudah berubah karena pengaruh lingkungan. Contohnya kalo adonan telur dan gula dikocok sampai naik, terus ditambahi emulsifier, dia akan jadi lebih kental dan rata, dan tidak turun walaupun mengantri oven. Sementara adonan yang gak ditambahi emulsifier biasanya lebih encer, dan mudah turun kalau didiamkan lama (mengantri oven). Karena merupakan bahan pembantu, emulsifier bisa dihilangkan. Di pasaran, emulsifier populer dengan nama TBM, Ovalet, SP, VX. Merk yang populer antara lain Sponge-28, Starkies, Koepoe-koepoe, dll.

Dan itu sudah ada di dalam kantong belanjaan saya… hadeuh…

Tapi kenapa si pramuniaga bilangnya gag ada iiah. Aduh, ini dia nih alas an kenapa kita harus lebih pintar daripada si pramuniaga. Kadang di TBK atau di Supermarket itu pramuniaga juga kurang mengerti tentang keterangan bahan-bahan kue dan penggunaannya. Makanya, kalau kita mau bikin kue yang nama bahannya gag kita tahu, lebih baik kita searching dulu di internet atau kita bertanya ke orang yang lebih paham, seperti apa sih itu? Dan contoh merknya apa aja sii? Begitu loh guys…

Tips Menjaga Rambut Sehat

Ini ada sekedar tips untuk memelihara rambut agar tetap sehat dengan 4 langkah mudah yang ingin aku bagi ke kalian semua..

Zaman sekarang khan banyak banget tuuh produk-produk Shampo yang menjanjikan untuk membuat rambut kita tetap sehat, konsumen kadang kurang begitu paham shampoo mana yang seharusnya dibeli. Tidak hanya persoalan shampoo, masalah perawatan rambut juga sering membingungkan.

Berikut ini ada 4 langkah praktis yang dikemukakan oleh dr. Sjarif Wasitaatmadja, SpKK (K):

· Kenali jenis rambut Anda, normal, kering, atau berminyak. Pilih sampo yang sesuai dengan jenis rambut Anda. Yang penting, sampo yang dipilih bisa mengangkat minyak tanpa menyebabkan hilangnya kadar minyak di kepala. Soal merek, terserah Anda.

· Jika sudah cocok dengan satu merek sampo, Anda boleh terus menggunakannya. Tak perlu berganti-ganti merek secara berkala. Pada dasarnya, semua sampo memiliki kandungan 80 hingga 90 persen air dengan 2-8 persen pembersih dan pembuat busa, serta sekitar 1 persen wangi-wangian dan zat tambahan lain.

· Bagi pemilik rambut kering, carilah shampoo dengan conditioner. Terpisah atau all in one, tergantung pilihan Anda. ''Conditioner sangat diperlukan juga bagi orang yang rambutnya di bleach, rebonding, atau dikeriting. Dengan treatment seperti itu kelembaban rambut jauh berkurang. Hindari seminimal mungkin trauma terhadap rambut, misalnya mem-blow-dry rambut dengan panas yang tinggi atau menggunakan bahan kimia lain untuk merawat rambut.

· Jaga kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan, termasuk kesehatan kulit kepala. Hindari stres, alkohol, dan rokok. Rambut sehat tapi tubuhnya sakit-sakitan kan tetap saja tidak membuat Anda terlihat cantik.

Gimana cara nolak cowok baik baik ?

Memang cinta gak bisa dipaksa... meski dia orangnya baik banget... atau cakep banget..., tapi kalau gak klick ya mau gimana lagi. Orang baik-baik mesti dijaga hubungannya setidaknya menjadi temen dan gak mesti harus sebagai pacar, cara nolaknya juga mesti baik-baik, gampil aja kok cara nolaknya karena orang baik-baik pastilah seorang yang peka, termasuk perasaannya, jelas dia akan mengerti kalau kamu memberi signal penolakan, kuncinya kata jangan 1. Jangan sekali-kali mau diajak jalan berduaan, 2. Jangan sekali-kali memberi respon, baik lewat perbuatan, perkataan maupun gestur tubuh. 3. Jangan terima dia di rumah kalau pas rumah lg gak ada orang,

4. Jangan bales SMS nya yang nyerempet2 dan mancing spt kangen

5. Kalau sampai dia mancing2 mau nembak katakan aja kalau kamu gak mau ngomongin itu, kalau dia terus memaksa dan menyatakan perasaannya atau setidaknya dia ingin utk tau perasaan kamu katakan kalau kamu senang dengan pertemanan ini dan gak mau sampai pacaran. Kalau dia gak ngerti semua signal penolakan kamu, saya ragu akan handicap baik-baiknya, karena orang baik-baik tentu gak akan memaksa perasaan, apalagi sampai menyakiti perasaan orang yang dicintainya.
